Although we like training for health and fitness, we also like putting it to use! Overnight Expedition

                                               

A Mountain walking expedition complete with a wild overnight camp in the Brecon Beacons!  In a tent, don't worry you won't be making a shelter like Ray Mears.

Welsh 3000’ers Challenge

                                               

Climb the 15 highest peaks in Wales (all over 3000ft) one after the other.  Accomodation and food are provided.  This challenge is excellent, one of the best that the UK has to offer - but, it is very strenuous!

 

15th-17th July 2011           

Lake District 3000’ers Challenge

                                               

Walk the 4 peaks in the Lake District over 3000ft.  This challenge is split into 2 days with 2 peaks on each day and bunkhouse accommodation in the evening.  Food, transport and accomodation are provided.  If you can do the Welsh 3 Peaks you can do this!

Brecon to Cardiff bike ride & barbeque

                                               

Cycle form Brecon to Aspire Fitness in Cardiff via the Taff Trail and celebrate with a barbeque when you get back (fingers crossed for the weather!).  All with a good basic fitness level will be able to complete this challenge.  We can also arrange bike hire if you don't have a bike.

Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge

                                               

Climb Snowdon, Cadir Idris then Pen-y-Fan one after the other in one day.  It sounds worse than it is - honest!  This challenge is easily achievable with a decent basic fitness and is one of the most popular that we run.  As with other multi-day trips, food, transport and accomodation are provided.

Social Weekend

                                               

Mountain walking & Socialising in the Brecon Beacons.  Suitable for most fitness levels.  Might also include a visit to the pub...
