Events

Although we like training for health and fitness, we also like putting it to use! That's why we encourage our clients to try something new, maybe something they wouldn't ordinarily try.  We have arranged many events and we will continue to provide many more as they are always very popular.  Click on an event below for details of previous events or contact the gym for details of forthcoming events.

"Since training with aspire fitness I have taken part in group exercises and challenges that I would never attempted before. Joining aspire fitness was not just about exercise, it has given me a new group of friends." - Heudel, aspire fitness client

27th & 28th March 2010

Snowdonia walking weekend

Nothing too crazy, just a nice 2 day ramble on and around Snowdon.  Suitable for all fitness levels with plenty of rest this is more of a social trip than anything else.  There may well be a trip to the pub too!

7th, 8th & 9th May 2010

Welsh 3000's

And now for something completely different!  This is 14 of the highest mountains in Snowdonia, one after another with no rest!  Suitable only for those with very good fitness levels this will be a demanding but rewarding challenge.

3rd & 4th July 2010

Welsh 3 Peaks

The mountains of Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen-Y-Fan, back to back in under 24 hours!  Not as hard as it sounds this is a good challenge for those with who are fit but you don't have to be super fit!  A great first challenge if you've never attempted one before.

16th, 17th & 18th July 2010

National 3 Peaks

The classic challenge! Take on the 3 highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales back to back!  Tough, but achievable with a bit of specific training.  Whatever the british summer throws at you (a hurricane in 2009!) you will be guaranteed some fantastic memories!

13th, 14th & 15th August 2010

Welsh 3000's

As with the challenge in May, this is 14 of the highest mountains in Snowdonia, one after another.  However, the difference is that this is split over 2 days.  Easier than the 24 hour challenge but still quite a test.  Plenty of time to train for it though!!
