The gym has a wide range of equipment, from cardiovascular machines through to free weights. 

We are always on hand to answer any questions that you have about the equipment or to show you the best way to use it. You can view the gym and equipment by clicking here

Is there a joining fee? 

No!

What do I get?

Access to the gym at any time and to all of the classes we provide.  There is no limit to how often
you can come to the gym and there are no time restrictions either – as long as we are open, then you are welcome!  We are also happy to give you advice and programs for free!

How much is it?

This depends on what contract length you sign up for:
6 month contract is £35 a month
12 month contract is £32 a month
18 month contract is £29.50 a month
