At aspire fitness we want everyone to get the best results they can. This is why we provide personal training and why we encourage people to have personal training.

aspire fitness trainers have a wealth of experience in personal training and are fully qualified to deal with any type of training such as weight loss, muscle building, sports specific training, pre and post natal training and running training to name just a few! They are also qualified to train people with a wide range of medical conditions such as asthma, diabetes, chronic injuries, joint replacements, arthritis etc.

With personal training you can be sure the exercise you are given is specific to your level of fitness, your ability and what you want to achieve. Everything is tailored to you. If you don’t like running or the bike that’s fine, there are plenty of other things we can do to get the results you want. We have a wide range of options available: free weights, exercise machines, running, exercise bikes, mountain bikes, boxing, training indoors, training outdoors, studio classes, the list is (almost) endless!

Our training sessions are aimed at getting the most out of a small amount of time. Each session is 30 minutes long - so you don’t have to spend hours in the gym. This may not sound like a long time, but you will be surprised by what you can achieve in half an hour!

However you decide to train you can guarantee you will be guided every step of the way. For a lot of people the worst part of joining a gym is being left alone with little or no advice on what to do. With aspire fitness our support and expertise will always be available for gym members and personal training clients.
