Youth Strength and Conditioning

The Youth Strength and Conditioning Class is for 12-16 year olds looking to effectively and safely improve strength, fitness and health.
The class is a fully supervised 60 minute S&C session focusing on correct and appropriate strength training and exercise techniques for younger exercisers. 

A combination of appropriate freeweights, machine weights and body weight exercises are used to provide a suitable, safe and enjoyable learning expereince to enable inderpendent unsupervised gym use for life.  

This course is suitable for any young individuals wanting to learn safe, effective strength training techniques, to improve physical strength & fitness whether for improving health or improving sports performance. 

Once partciapnts have completed a basic competency test there will be the option of progressing to full gym membership. 

All coaches are very expereinced, highly qulified and DBS checked. 

The class is on Saturday mornings at 10-11am in our Canton gym and is also avaliable for small groups at other times by arrangement.

The price of the session is £5 per person alternatively you can purchase 10 sessions for £40 which would give individuals time to achieve all the competencies required.
