Our aim is to provide effective and affordable personal training that is accessible to everyone in our well-equipped, clean and friendly gyms in Canton and Nantgarw. From complete beginners with no exercise experience, to seasoned athlete, we will help you achieve your fitness goals.
Whether you want to train completely on your own, want a little help and pointing in the right direction, or want fully supervised personal training sessions we have a variety of memberships to help you achieve your goals (or fulfil your needs).
Our highly experienced trainers will motivate, guide, and challenge you to achieve more than your goals. We currently perform over 250 personal training sessions per week for clients ranging from professional athletes to people in their 80’s with chronic injuries and diseases. Whatever your level, whatever needs fixing, if you want the best come to us!
We provide complete injury assessment, treatment and rehabilitation back to full fitness by our registered physiotherapist. We also provide sports massage at competitive rates to help ease tension and keep you fighting fit.
Extremely popular and very effective we provide a variety of 6 week courses focusing on achiving specific fitness goals. Six weeks is a reasonable amount of time to commit to and achieve a specific goal. The courses are either in small groups led by a Personal Trainer, or on a 1:1 basis. Our courses include the following Total Body Transformation (T.B.T) focusing on weight loss and toning, Back2Exercise:Back2Health for the novice or those wanting to get back into exercise, and Basic Training if you are after an intense physical fitness blast.
We have a variety of fitness options for teenagers and kids to exercise. For teenagers we have T-Fit which is a 4 session course in basic gym skills, once an individual has completted this they can use the gym. For those looking to learn more we also have intermediate and advanced T-fit courses. For the yournger kids we offer Family Fit, which is a parent and child exercise session.
Aspire adventure provides a range of outdoor adventure activities including climbing, abseiling, mountain walking and running, navigation and an assault course. We also run a variety of Charity and Corporate challenge events including Welsh and British 3 peaks challenge and ‘The big Abseil’ .
