Do your own workout or join in with a class.  The choice is yours.  Membership includes all fitness classes.  You can choose from several different classes and each one can be adapted to your level of fitness and experience.

Spin

Looking to get your heart rate going?  Look no further.  Spin is our most popular class - anyone of any fitness level can participate.  Let our instructors take you on a calorie burning journey!

Cardio Circuits

Circuit training to get you moving.  Simple exercises with the emphasis on your heart rate being high.  Ideal for anyone who want to improve their fitness and shed some pounds along the way.

Weight Circuits

Circuit training using resistance.  Kettlebells, bars, bodyweight & bands - if it's resistance you'll use it!  Ideal for toning your whole body this class covers it all, legs, back, shoulders arms and core!

IRON MUMS

A women only weight class (you don't have to be a mum!)  This is all about making you strong and toned. You'll learn weight training techniques for your whole body.  As you become more experienced and confident our instructors will develop a program to ensure you progress.
