First and foremost, our personal training programs are about you; helping you achieve the level of fitness and health that you want.

We understand that you’re busy. Between family and professional commitments it feels like there aren’t enough hours in the day. You don’t have time to mess around with fitness and nutrition programs that don’t work. You want expert support from friendly, experienced Personal Trainers who have already helped hundreds of others.

We specialise in providing personal training for men and women in Cardiff.  Primarily between 35-65 years old and who lead busy lives. Our programs are usually based on 30 minute sessions which are designed to make the most of your time and suited to you as an individual.   Our Personal Trainers will teach you to get the most of out the exercise in a non-intimidating, friendly environment.

What's included?
PROGRAMS DESIGNED FOR YOU
We will work out a personal training program based on your goals and fitness level.  Our aim is to progress you safely and effectively  towards your goals.  Your trainer will be with you at every session to support you, ensure correct form, instruct on proper equipment use, keep you safe and motivate you to do your best.



CHOICE OF TRAINING OPTIONS
We provide structured membership packages where you can pick between 1 - 3 visits per week to give you the structure, consistency, and accountability that will get you the results you want!

IN-AND-OUT IN 30 MINS!
Because you are busy you need a workout that is effective for you and your schedule. 30 minutes doesn’t sound like much but you’d be surprised… Your session will focus on challenging but appropriate training to help you burn fat, build lean muscle, tone and improve your strength. No need to spend hours in the gym to see results. We will have you in and out – and sweating – in 30 minutes!

SCHEDULING FLEXIBILITY
We are open early in the morning to late at night and 7 days a week!  Session times are available during all these times and you can book either a recurring schedule or change your times week-to-week.
NUTRITION PLANNING AND GUIDANCE
We include nutritional guidance to help boost your energy, feel better and lose those extra pounds as needed. We even have additional options for you to be privately coached in our nutrition programs where clients have changed their lives forever.  




ONGOING ACCOUNTABILITY
We will take your measurements before and throughout your training program.  We track your progress so you can see all of the improvements you’re making.

Rima and Reenal
Rima and Reenal have not only lost almost 50kg between them, they have completely transformed their bodies and fitness levels.  From not being able to run for a minute they have completed the Cardiff half marathon and Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge as well as numerous 5k and 10k races.  They have also considerably improved their muscular strength and tone, both comfortably lifting over their body weight and completing full pull ups!
