What will I do?
The sessions are a mix of weight training, cardio and core exercises. Everything you need to feel your best! They are in small groups and you'll be fully guided by your trainer every step of the way so it doesn't matter if you don't have any previous experience.

How hard are the sessions?List Item 1
We get asked this a lot! Our expert instructors will make you work hard but at the level that is appropriate for you. They will instruct, motivate and encourage but never bully. Their job is to give you the confidence to get the best out of your self.

Yes you will. We will fit the sessions to suit your experience and current fitness level.

When are the sessions?
There are various times throughout the day and throughout the week. We'll find a time to suit you!

How many people are in a group?
There is a maximum limit of 5 people per group. This means that we will be able to give you the attention you need and you get the support of a group!
