All of our strength and conditioning programs focus on you as an athlete; helping you achieve the level of performance that you want. Each program is tailored to the unique demands of your sport, and the unique demands of you as an athlete. Options, include 1:1, Small Groups, and online. 

We understand that you’re busy, we know that feeling.  Juggling family and professional commitments and squeezing in training where possible - it feels like there aren’t enough hours in the day.  You know the benefits, you know you need to do it, but S&C is that one session that often gets missed. Maybe you know the benefits but don't know where to start. Maybe your worried about getting injured!

You don’t have time to mess around with S&C sessions that don’t work.  You don't want to be smashed with some dodgy 'bodybuilding' session that leaves you sore for days, muscle bound and impacting sports training, endurance training and performance. You want expert support from friendly, experienced strength and conditioning coaches who have already helped hundreds of others and know what it feels like to perform.

We specialise in providing tailored S&C sessions for athletes of all levels in Cardiff.  Primarily between 20-65 years old and who lead busy lives.  There are 3 ways you can make use of aspire S&C; Small group S&C, 1:1 S&C and online coaching and program design.

What's included?
PROGRAMS DESIGNED FOR YOU
Our aim is to progress you safely and effectively towards your goals.  Even though you're in a group, your coach will be with you at every session to support you, ensure correct form, instruct on proper equipment use, keep you safe and motivate you to do your best.  It doesn't matter if you are experienced or new to strength work, we can help and guide you.

CHOICE OF TRAINING OPTIONS
We provide structured packages where you can choose between different levels of S&C coach input. Fully coached Small Group S&C and 1:1 S&C membership packages allow you to choose between 1 - 4 sessions per week to give you the structure, consistency, and accountability that will get you the results you want!  Gym membership is included in the price allowing you to make use of the fabulous facilities when not with your coach. All this for one affordable price.

TIME EFFICIENT TRAINING 
In and out in 60 minutes! Your session will focus on suitable and appropriate training to optimise your performance. Improve strength, speed and power. Your session will cover dynamic warmups and mobility, power and strength training suitable for your sport and strength training level. Everything you need - in 60 minutes!



SCHEDULING FLEXIBILITY
We are open early in the morning to late at night and 7 days a week!  Session times are available during all these times and you can book either a recurring schedule or change your times week-to-week.



PERFORMANCE NUTRITION PLANNING AND GUIDANCE
We include nutritional guidance to help boost your performance, recovery and optimise your body composition as needed. We even have additional options for you to be privately coached in our sports nutrition programs where athletes have changed their lives and performance forever.  



ONGOING ACCOUNTABILITY
We will take your performance measurements before and throughout your training program.  We track your progress so you can see all of the improvements you’re making.

Affordable and Accountable Training

We know S&C will improve your performance - increase your speed, power, endurance and reduce injury risk. We know hiring a 1:1 coach can be expensive. We don't want price to be a barrier to anyone, so we created Small Group S&C to give you the options to invest in your performance without breaking the bank!

Pricing

All the prices include gym membership (worth £35).  Each Level is based on the number of PT sessions a week, so Level 1 is 1 session a week, Level 2 is 2 sessions a week etc.  You are not tied in to any contract.
