Who needs to go for a run?! This cardio circuit from Ben has 45 seconds work / 15 seconds rest. Beginner = 2 circuits, intermediate = 3 circuits and advanced = 4. Good luck!!

No equipment required (you can skip without a rope). Warm up 5 x 60 sec skipping with 30 sec rest between sets. Main session - 6 exercise circuit. 30 sec work, rest at the end for 60 sec. Complete 4-5 circuits.
