PROGRAMS DESIGNED FOR YOU
We will work out a personal training program based on your goals and fitness level. Our aim is to progress you safely and effectively towards your goals. Your trainer will be with you at every session to support you, ensure correct form, instruct on proper equipment use, keep you safe and motivate you to do your best.
CHOICE OF TRAINING OPTIONS
We provide structured membership packages where you can pick between 1 - 3 visits per week to give you the structure, consistency, and accountability that will get you the results you want!
IN-AND-OUT IN 30 MINS!
Because you are busy you need a workout that is effective for you and your schedule. 30 minutes doesn’t sound like much but you’d be surprised… Your session will focus on challenging but appropriate training to help you burn fat, build lean muscle, tone and improve your strength. No need to spend hours in the gym to see results. We will have you in and out – and sweating – in 30 minutes!
SCHEDULING FLEXIBILITY
We are open early in the morning to late at night and 7 days a week! Session times are available during all these times and you can book either a recurring schedule or change your times week-to-week.
NUTRITION PLANNING AND GUIDANCE
We include nutritional guidance to help boost your energy, feel better and lose those extra pounds as needed. We even have additional options for you to be privately coached in our nutrition programs where clients have changed their lives forever.
ONGOING ACCOUNTABILITY
We will take your measurements before and throughout your training program. We track your progress so you can see all of the improvements you’re making.
